Hello, West Coast! Our Lambert’s Bay Office Is Officially Open
We started with an empty space on Main Road, a few sketches and a team who could already picture what it might become. Today, that space is Volschenk & Heyns Properties’ Lambert’s Bay office, marking our fifth office in five years and a new home for our West Coast property team.
The plans began in January, when we first imagined what the empty office in Main Road, Lambert’s Bay, could look like. These two sketches helped us picture it: “WYS JOU HUIS” on the roof, “Hello, West Coast” on the side, and a place where our team could welcome you in to talk property.
From there, we got to work. Planning was followed by renovations in March, and over the next few months, the drawings started looking more like the office you see today. The windows, signage and finishing touches came together along the way. There were plans to adjust and details to sort out, but bit by bit, our West Coast office took shape.
On 16 October, we celebrated the official launch of our Lambert’s Bay office with great people, good music and refreshments. There was plenty of conversation and a good vibe all round, turning more than a few heads as people drove past on Main Road.
